On 2nd August, nine archers travelled to Burton Constable to compete in the East Riding Shoot stages there. After an excellent day shooting, they were rewarded with some success. Phil S came second on the men’s recurve section. Not bad for the first time competing as a senior. John B came second in the men’s longbow. John N and Phil P came first and second respectively in the men’s ‘other bow’ section.
